KiDS Camp 2025

If God created us, that means that we are designed by God and obey His rules. We are different from the plants and animals because we are made in God’s image. We have a special relationship with God because we are able to speak with him and know him.
God gave us the task of caring for the earth, being kind to others, and learning more about who God is. We can celebrate this because God is good! God loves us and God made us!

God told Adam and Eve that they cannot eat from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, or else they will die. It was important that they follow this rule because God is perfect, and he had a perfect plan for Adam and Eve. Adam and Eve were instructed to follow God’s design.
Adam and Eve ate from the tree that they were told not to. Because of their choices, sin entered the world, and we sin against God today. We can still celebrate because God did not leave us in our sin. God had a plan to save us from our sins and bring us back to himself!

Jesus came to earth because sending Jesus to earth as a baby was God’s plan to save the world from their sins.
We can celebrate Jesus’ birth by thanking God for sending his son down to earth, and trusting in Jesus that he is God’s son.

When Jesus grew up, he walked from town to town, healing people, and forgiving people from their sins. Jesus never sinned! He lived a perfect life that we could not live.
Jesus is the only one who could have died on the cross for our sins. Because he is the only one who has ever lived that has not sinned. Jesus not only had to die, but he chose to die because he loves us. We can celebrate this because Jesus took the punishment for our sins! When we believe in this, we can be brought into God’s Kingdom. We can celebrate because our sins can be washed away!

No! God’s story is not over. His rules and reigns over the earth today! This is true because Jesus did not stay dead! After three days in the grave, Jesus rose himself from the dead! This proves that Jesus is the messiah
God promises that Jesus will come back one day to make all things that are broken in the world new again. We can celebrate this because there will be no more pain and suffering on the earth. We can celebrate because Jesus is coming back again!
