FAQs

  • Parents or guardians of children ages 6 weeks to 5 years, and kindergartners through 5th graders.

  • You can now pre-check your child through our online system! By pre-checking, ID tags will be printed ahead of time and waiting for you on Sunday mornings! Click HERE and choose a date to complete our pre-check form.

  • You will pick up ID tags at the Pre-Check station in front of the Elementary hallway, right past the Chiles Auditorium. Give your child’s name to one of our KiDS Team Members, and they will give you the pre-printed ID tags. Attached will be a matching ID tag that is required at pickup. Please make sure to share any special instructions for your child.

  • Parents should walk children all the way to their classroom to drop them off. Any special needs can be shared with the classroom teacher. Then parents will pick up kids by presenting the matching ID tag to a classroom volunteer to ensure the safety of all children.

  • KiDS programming is planned for children ages two through 5th grade! A Bible story and lesson will be presented to kids ages two-five while in their designated classrooms in the cafeteria. Then they will gather together for a time of large group worship. Elementary students in kindergarten-5th grade will participate in large group worship in their classrooms.

  • All KiDS Team members are vetted, background checked, and trained to follow our Child Protection policy. Classrooms are cleaned and sanitized to the best of our ability. And Security Team members are assigned to each entrance/exit point of our KiDS spaces (the cafeteria & elementary hallway.) Only parents with ID tags, church staff, and background checked volunteers are allowed to enter these designated spaces.

  • If your child has had a fever or cough within 24 hours of drop-off, please stay home. We do our best to maintain a clean & healthy environment for all, and your support is needed. Should sudden sickness occur at any point during the service, children will be removed from the classroom (with disinfecting efforts to follow immediately) and taken to the Staff/Volunteer room. If your child becomes suddenly ill, you will be notified immediately to come pick up your child.

  • Elementary-aged children whose parents volunteer will have the opportunity to attend Basecamp during the 9:30am service. Please let a Check-In Leader know if your child will be staying checked in for both services and attending Basecamp, so you can be given a Basecamp sticker with their ID tag.
